Ipas works globally so that women and girls have improved sexual and reproductive health and rights through enhanced access to and use of safe abortion and contraceptive care. We believe in a world where every woman and girl has the right and ability to determine her own sexuality and reproductive health.
The Contracts and Grants (C&G) Manager’s primary focus is to work in conjunction with Global Award Management and Program Support Teams to collectively improve compliance with contract/grant terms governing Ipas’s incoming funds. To do so, the C&G Manager serves as Ipas’s expert resource in matters of award negotiation, donor regulation interpretation, and award administration. The C&G Manager is responsible for helping staff holistically navigate the terms, conditions, and complexities of donor awards. The C&G Manager identifies Ipas’s areas of award compliance risk and works collaboratively across departments to creatively address them. The C&G Manager is energized by challenges, and skilled in operating and developing solutions in grey areas. The C&G Manager will work in partnership with others across the organization to achieve successful and disciplined award performance. The scope of award administration may include direct supervision of up to two employees.
