Ipas is seeking a Global Human Resources Specialist (GHRS). The GHRS is responsible for supporting Human Resources in our Global Offices and serves as the first point of contact for International HR Staff. The primary role of this position is the day to day administration of data for the employee lifecycle of all Global employee transactions (hires, transfers, separations, promotions, pay increases, etc) within our Workday HRIS. Providing support for the annual compensation planning and benefits processes. Initiate Background Checks for all new hires and monitoring their completion. Issue exit surveys and ensuring high completion rates and compile data. Acting as an advocate and ensuring data integrity at all times. Develop partnerships with the Global Regional HR Staff, ensure they are confident their tasks will be completed accurately and in a timely manner. Lead the Workday business processes and tasks through to completion in support of International HR Staff.
