Ipas’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Training and Development Manager is responsible for improving the development and productivity of Ipas staff through training and aligning the learning functions to the organization’s strategic goals. This position will lead and implement the DEI strategic initiatives for the global organization to include establishing best practices and identifying programs to remove barriers that affect staff diversity, retention and advancement. The role will help build strong cultural competence in leaders and enhance Ipas’s ability to act as a collaborative business partner with all staff. The position evaluates organization wide developmental needs to drive Ipas staff training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for staff. This role actively explores, designs and implements effective methods to educate staff and enhance performance. This is a unique and highly visible position that requires a wide range of skills.
